JP turns 40!

What better way to celebrate Johnnie turning 40 than to head to Vegas?!!  It was a blast going to Vegas with family for JP's special birthday.  He absolutely loved the slots and was ecstatic the entire time.  We are glad we could all celebrate in such a big and exciting way.   While we were away having so much fun MomMom watched the kids a couple of days and then Kristen stayed, so they were in great hands!

San Antonio and Sea World with MomMom

We had the greatest long weekend with MomMom at the Hill Country Hyatt and Sea World San Antonio towards the end of July.  The kids had a blast playing in the water at Sea World and getting to see the dolphins and Shamu.  As they will be changing the direction of the shows in the future we are some of the last audiences to see the Shamu performance that they are well known for.  Some of the pictures I took really capture the joy in the kid's faces as they enjoyed it all.  

Back at the resort the kids loved the water slide and couldn't get enough of it!  They must have gone on it a hundred times!  We all enjoyed the lazy river and I sipped many cocktails taking in the refreshing feeling of floating around.  They also had a huge fire pit where we made smores at night and that was so fun to do... I love smores!
